ENTRY TERMS AND CONDITIONS
JUDGINGThe 12-month period being judged is the 12 months until Friday, 21 July 2017. The judges decision is final unless new information comes to light after judging, in which case a ruling may be made by the organisers in consultation with jurors. Where misleading information is supplied, regardless of intention, Mumbrella reserves the right to disqualify entries. The jurors reserve the right to re-allocate an entry into another category if they feel it has been entered into an inappropriate category.ENTRY DEADLINES AND FEESEntry is online for all categories unless otherwise stated, via the awards website. Please do not enter physical copies unless the category specifies that you must. All entry fees are non-refundable regardless of circumstance, including disqualification, withdrawal or the jury choosing not to shortlist.Entries will be accepted until midnight on Friday, 21 July 2017- $320 AUD for non-membersLate entries will be accepted until midnight on Friday, 28 July, 2017 and will incur an additional $100 fee for each entry.
ENTRY INFORMATION AND SUPPORTING MATERIALSEach entry must demonstrate strong (60%) locally produced content. Entries that do not will be disqualified. Where appropriate, joint entries from more than one agency are welcome.Work entered in last year’s awards cannot be entered this year awards.The jury does not wish to see more than one entry for the same piece of work, so solo agency entries should ensure they have client sign-off. An entry may be submitted into more than one category. Organisers may assign work to a more appropriate category without notice. The period being judged comprises work in market during the 12 months preceding the closing date for entries, i.e. 12 months until Friday, 21 July, 2017.Jurors will not vote on entries in which they have a direct interest.
Should the entrant decide to withdraw work, the organisers must be notified in writing before the shortlist is announced. In the instance that work must be withdrawn, entry fees are non-refundable.
